Amongst the 1200 athletes and 300 teams that took part in
The Northern Athletic Road Relays at Leigh Sports Village on Saturday 22nd

The courses snaking between buildings with a welcome shady
section through the adjacent woodlands gave spectators many vantage points from
which to watch members of their teams. And with 20 athletes in 4 teams; two
men's and two women's, Lytham members had plenty to watch.
Womens squad of Fiona Geldard, Pam Binns, Dawn Bloor, Karen Lanigan, Pippa
